BetterLesson empowers districts/schools to develop and retain innovative, student-centered teachers, instructional coaches, and leaders.  Our flagship professional development model is one-on-one coaching for teachers, instructional coaches and school leaders to support design and implementation of student-centered instructional strategies that solve challenges and enhance engagement, achievement, and joy.  We supplement coaching with workshops, PLCs, learning walks and classroom observations.

Our professional development is informed by years of rigorous investigation, analysis, and codification. A host of prominent organizations incorporate our research and thought leadership into their resources and tools, including New Schools for New Orleans, RELAY Graduate School of Education, The Friday Institute, The Highlander Institute, Next Generation Learning Challenges, The Rogers Family Foundation, The Clayton Christensen Institute, and Jobs for the Future.

Our experienced team shares a vision to catalyze and scale technology-enabled, personalized learning for all students. We partner with dozens of schools, districts, foundations, non-profits, and state departments to support thousands of educators to build their student-centered practice.
